Viduka scores against old club

Mark Viduka

> Man United finally wins

Mark Viduka has goaled for Newcastle United against his old club Middlesbrough, with the match ending in 2-2 draw.

Charles N’Zogbia opened the scoring for Newcastle with a sensational strike, with that 22nd minute goal cancelled out by Mido quickly after.

Viduka seemingly had given Newcastle the winner in the 76th minute, when he flicked for himself, before finding the far post. Goalkeeper and Socceroos teammate Mark Schwarzer had no chance to save it. It was Viduka’s first goal in Newcastle colours

Four minutes later though, Middlebrough equalized again thanks to Julio Arca.

Michael Owen entered the game midway through the first half, creating one clear opportunity to goal.
