Seahawks cruising against 49ers

The Seattle Seahawks lead the San Francisco 49ers 17-0 at the end of the 3rd quarter.

The NFC West leaders (4-4) have barely been troubled by the Niners (2-6), who have secured a pitiful four 1st downs for the entire match, for a total of 132 yards.

The Seahawks opened a 10-0 lead at the quarter, thanks to a Will Heller TD off a 1 yard Matt Hasselbeck pass, as well as field goal with 4:10 remaining.

Maurice Morris extended the lead with a six yard run with 5:22 left in the half. The third quarter has been scoreless.

San Francisco is facing its seventh consecutive defeat, after winning their opening two games.
