Kerr season in doubt

Daniel Kerr

The star names continue to go down at the West Coast Eagles, with midfielder Daniel Kerr requiring finger surgery.

Kerr sustained tendon damage during Saturday’s win over Richmond, with an operation today understood to require five to six weeks of down time.

Eagles teammate Ashley Hansen suffered the same injury earlier in the year, missing six games.

It continues the wretched luck for West Coast, with Ben Cousins struggling with niggles, while coach John Worsfold has admitted Chris Judd wont return to 100% fitness before seasons end.
