Chelsea held to Champions draw

Chelsea has been embarrassed in a 1-1 draw with Norwegian club Rosenborg in their Group B Champions League match at Stamford Bridge.

Rosenborg has one win in twenty Champions League matches, magnifying the magnitude of their one point result today.

Mikka Koppinen capitalized on a Marek Sapara free kick to give the visitors the lead on 24 minutes.

The Blues created chances to level, with Andriy Shevchenko delivering in the 53rd minute, when Florent Malouda providing a free kick to the Ukrainian.

Chelsea seemed destined to find a winner, as they poured on the pressure. Defender John Terry was even used up forward.

The Stamford Bridge crowd booed their team off.
