A-League minor semi: Sydney and Queensland 0-0 at half time

Against the tradition of two-legged finals, visiting Queensland Roar have made most of the running against Sydney FC at the Sydney Football Stadium, however the scores remain locked at 0-0 at half time.

With the second leg to be played in Brisbane in a fortnight, 0-0 would be a more than respectable result for Roar, however they will rue not taking advantage of their first half dominance.

Michael Zullo has caused the Sydney defence headaches, while the best chance of the opening half went to Robbie Kruse on 23 minutes, who over-ran the ball with only the keeper in front of him.

Twice Queensland have gone low from free kicks within range of goal. Both times saw the wall beaten, with Sydney keeper Clint Bolton forced to make saves.

The home side has yet to have a shot on goal, while Queensland has had five.

Sydney defender Mark Milligan has picked up a yellow card.
